Creating your perfect wedding suite is our goal. To achieve this goal, we use the following process for every client.
The Initial Conversation
Contact LullaBelle Design by e-mail or phone to set up a time to discuss your invitation suite. Design consultations can take place in-person, over the phone, FaceTime, Google Hangouts, or through e-mail. The more information you can provide about your style and theme of your event, the more complete your design will be. Photos of your bridesmaid dresses, centerpieces, bridal gown, or flowers are incredibly helpful to the design process. Please also be prepared to discuss your budget and the types of items you would like included in your suite. Once everything is discussed, a pricing estimate will be delivered to you within 1-2 business days.
Should you decide to choose LullaBelle for your event, a detailed contract will be provided to you along with an estimated timeline. A 50% non-refundable deposit is necessary for the design process to begin. If the suite is considered a rush payment (turnaround within 5 weeks), full payment is required with the signed contract.
Within 1-2 weeks of receiving the signed contract and deposit, two unique design suites will be presented to you. Design suites include the invitation, a details card (if requested), and an RSVP card. Should your suite contain more elements, whichever design you choose will be implemented within those other elements.
The Revision or Revisions
After you have selected your personalized design, we will work with you to create a flawless suite for your event up to three revisions. Further revisions will come at an additional cost of $50 per revision. During this time, you should make sure that names, addresses, and wording is exactly the way you would like it on the final proof.
Once your design has been completed, we will send you a print-ready proof. As with all things, human error is inevitable. Please go through the entire set to make sure that all names, dates, and places are correct.
After your approval, your final payment is due. Once payment is received, we will send your prints to a trusted printer. Turnaround time varies depending on the time of the year, but you can expect your final product within 2 weeks, unless assembly is required.
If you decide to have LullaBelle assemble your invitations, they will be completed within 1-2 weeks after the delivery of the final product.
Whether you decide to assemble your own invitations or entrust the assembly to us, the final product will be carefully packaged and sent to you. You can also choose to pick up the invitations from the studio.
